Do posture correction back braces work?
I am 23 and I slouch. I do back strengthening exercises. Are there any bad things about wearing one?
I know someone who had scoliosis and had to wear a back brace. She didn't do it for fun, and she wasn't happy about it. However, I have to say that she has the most incredible posture I have ever seen.
The only negative I can think of is that it's uncomfortable and hot in the summer.

I’m getting a back brace for my scoliosis shortly, and the doctors say they’re not POSITIVE it works. But it depends on the way your spine curves.
