I bought one similarish to this and it was hideously uncomfortable!!! Where the straps come around your arms/shoulders it cuts into your armpits and rubs. It was completely impractical for wearing under clothes for these reasons and therefore restricted its usability. I suppose there is a point of view that might argue that the uncomfort in your armpits would remind you to sit up straight but I just found mine languishes in the bottom of my wardrobe! I bought a back brace from Argos that has a firm foam insert that if you strap it tight enough around your waist does force you upright somewhat but it obviously is no help for your upper back and shoulders. Also, I've bought a long line corset which is very good at making you sit/stand upright and can be worn easily under clothes. I suppose corsets are a bit of a different area really but they do seem to have this fortunate side effect :-) I symathise whole heartedly with your posture problems as mine have plagued me my whole life, so I really hope you find some relief soon. Best wishes.
References :
Almost any back brace will help remind you of posture. These type will remind you more and help to keep you there, but it is really up to you to keep your posture. This will help your body in so many ways.
