An exercise to improve posture of the neck, upper back, and shoulders to help in the prevention of suluxation and bad posture. Look at yourself in a mirror when starting out to make sure you are doing the exercise symetrically.

I have constant pain in my traps and Upper LEVATOR, and daily headaches. I feel my muscles are all so tense, that they are weak, so I can’t hold my head up or shoulders back.
EVERY exercise or stretch kicks up my pain, and headaches, any sugesstions for SMALL BABY STEPS
