its not a load of …
its not a load of crap actually …x because some people have this body type or something ((i get this from my physio cuz i have bad shoulders,, and btw im 15 )) and one type is where ppl let their bodies go and they’re muscles relax..another where the muscles are being used…x getting good posture turns these muscles on and overtime hte musicles naturally are switched on and so u get a tighter stomach n that.also keeping ur shoudlerblades in the right place is very important too…x

this is true. a lot of health professionals will tell you that you can look at least 5-6 pounds lighter by good posterior. i did this once before for an outing and people asked me where my 10 pounds went. it does work.
